NEW YORK, May 24/U.S. Newswire/ -- "State of Mind: America 2004" is an unprecedented public radio broadcast event, taped live on at New York's Radio City Music Hall.  This special program, hosted by Dr. Fred Goodwin and featuring John Hockenberry, will air on starting June 9th on The Infinite Mind, public radio's most honored and listened to health and science series, produced by the Peabody Award-winning Lichtenstein Creative Media.
